Terms of Service — Epostrix

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Epostrix platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Epostrix provides AI-assisted EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) compliance software for industrial facilities, including OSHA incident logging, compliance deadline tracking, document generation, and an AI compliance advisor.

3. Not Legal Advice

Epostrix is a software tool designed to assist with compliance workflows. It does not constitute legal advice. AI-generated analysis, recordability determinations, and regulatory guidance are provided for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified legal or compliance professional for binding compliance decisions.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Ensuring the accuracy of data you enter into the platform
Using the platform in compliance with applicable laws

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the service
Submit false or misleading incident data
Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
Use the platform to store regulated personal health information (PHI) beyond what is required for OSHA 300 log compliance

7. Data Ownership

You own the data you enter into Epostrix. We claim no ownership over your facility data, incident records, or compliance documents. You may export your data at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epostrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including OSHA penalties, regulatory enforcement actions, or compliance failures. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time from the settings page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
